A Message From McCain’s Dr. Phil.

So Walter, er, Phil Gramm thinks it’s all in the Average Americans’ head?  With advice like that, McCain of the beer fortune can continue to insulate himself in his rareified stratospher of wealth from the unwashed masses without a doubt.

You can't make up this kinda stuff!  While Dr. Phil is holding forth, McCain is telling Michiganders that he feels their pain; while Carly Fiorina is telling women that Grampa really cares, McCain is genuinely perplexed aboard the STE when he's informed he voted to mandate health insurance coverage of Viagra but not birth control pills! 

Top all that with McCain's economic forecast for his first term that assumes significant savings in military expenditures due to the victory in Iraq and Afghanistan!  Oh, and did you catch McCain's denial that he ever said he's no economics expert?

Are these folks trying to lull us into complacency or what?

With this backdrop, Karl Rove flashes the bird to Congress and Nancy Pelosi elbows her way into the campaign by unleashing Johnny Conyers to take up Kucinich's impeachment bill!

Unfortuately, the truth of Phil's statement is one that you have elaborated on very well in previous posts.

With the fiat money supply, perception IS the reality.

As long as average american THINKS things are well, they are.
Corporate America and BIG Government can continue to bleed the system dry.

They pretty much have gone after savings, they have borrowed until they are blue in the face, the last vestages of wealth in this country - Pensions, Retirement, Stocks and Real Estate are the last areas to plunder.  And they are going after those with a vengence.

As long as American's are complacent with the current system and mode of operation, things are fine, well until the train runs over the cliff, that is.....

But like in Mexico, a broken system doesnt really hurt the wealthy......

John McPain "The Wealthy" feels our pain.

Poor J-Mac. He is really getting torched on this. In 2000 ChuckleNuts could spin the conservative mantra crap, and people listened, they bought it. Now, after living thru 7.5 years of conservative policies, and Republican fiscal management, the people hear them speak and resoundingly begin chattering about what an idiot McCain and his team are.

I really would feel sorry for J-Mac, except for the fact that his ideas have wrecked this country.

I couldn't help but notice the usual cast of McCain defenders have fallen silent.
